The Biggest Change We Have Made To TOCA Since We First Opened!
As time has passed and we have developed TOCA which is short for the “ThompsonandOkanaganClassifiedAds” much has changed and improved. With new software developments, and new graphic programs, and the forever changing online environment TOCA has changed with it.
TOCA always has been our official name, but we operated from the domain name: htttp://thompsonandokanaganclassifiedads.com. This week we are very excited to release our new domain toca.info. This change will increase user retention, user sharing, user postings absolutely everything about TOCA will produce more online activity.
Look for our New Press Release coming out soon, and our 2 New Contests one for the Residential and the Business members posting in the BC Classified Ads environment.
If you haven’t registered for FREE yet please set up your account and post an item for sale. Visit our TOCA Facebook Fanpage and hit the “Like button” to help spread the word about TOCA’S classified ads. Upload your garage sale date, or other unwated stuff.

Yes it is Sprint time again, and the cleaning out the basement and the garage begins.
When the weather starts to warm up we are all anxious to organize and clean out the garage and basement. This often leads to the realization that we have unwanted items that we are no longer in need of. So we decide to have a garage sale and sell our unwanted stuff in classified ads website online.
So this year head straight over to TOCA and post your garage sale for FREE. Just click register, choose residential and post your garage sale under the garage sale category.
You can also post some of your other items individually in the appropriate category and sub-category.
Advertising your items for sale is quick and easy and you don’t have to worry about being short of words to express the great details of your item for sale. Plus you can upload 5 pictures of your item.
Make sure you head over to our Facebook Fanpage and hit the “Like” button and tell all your friends about TOCA. Getting valley wide exposure is a great asset in selling your items for sale. The North Okanagan Optimist Club Held It’s Charter Presentation Banquet At The Schubert Center On March 24th, 2012.
As a charter member I attended this very successful and exciting event as the 24 chartered members were acknowledged by dignitaries including the Colin Mayes the MP for Okanagan/Shuswap, and Vernon’s Mayor Rob Sawatsky. Supporting Optimist clubs from all over the Fraser Valley and Vancouver Lower Mainland, came with gifts and supporting operational items.

The North Optimist Club has 2 events we plan to support kids and teens coming up, the first one is the Heritage Fair Friday April 13th, and the Youth Festival May 17th, 2012, where we plan to set up an airbrush tattoo booth.
I was reading the article in the Vernon Morning Star March 25th, 2012 “Centre wants city taxes waived”. You can support the Schubert Centre by booking your event with them. I can attest that the service was excellent, the food was magnificent, and as good as any other facility available but with a much more attractive price. Please support them and help them keep offering their service to the public. The Schubert Center provided an amazing full course meal that I would highly recommend to any organization looking for a place to hold an event.

Armstrong BC Incorporated in 1913 and Celebrates Their Centennial Next Year 2013!
To start off Armstrong’s celebrations they have chosen their new Centennial Logo that will be put on all promotional tools including adding it to their new street banner program for greater visibility. The color for the street banners will be black and white and depict the history of its journey over the past 100 years. Advertising is available on a total of 124 for those who would like to sponsor a banner.
Armstrong is situated in the middle of the BC Interior of Canada and is part of the North Okanagan with a population of around 4500. The Township of Spallumcheen is the surrounding rural area and both Armstrong and Spallumcheen offer country living at it’s best.
